Meet our Senior Pastor, Terry Hampton, and his wife, Mrs. Lisa Hampton
Pastor Terry Hampton brings a passionate, community-focused vision to our congregation. He served most recently as the Outreach Pastor at Dry Valley Baptist Church. Today, he carries that same burning heart for sharing the Gospel with everyone across all of Chattooga County.
Pastor Terry and Mrs. Lisa truly love serving the Lord together as a team. Outside of their ministry work, they are devoted family members who cherish spending quality time with their two children and three grandsons.

Meet our Associate/Youth Pastor, Denver King, and his wife, Yadi King. They are thrilled to serve the Central Avenue Baptist Church family. They bring a passion for mentoring the next generation, building authentic Christ centered relationships, and walking alongside families in every stage of life.

Pastor Denver’s Focus: Oversees the youth ministry, guides student discipleship, and assists in pastoral care.

Yadi’s Ministry: Serves as Children's Church Director and partners in youth events.

Family Traditions: Packing up the minivan for adventures with their six children such as zoo trips, aquarium trips, trips to the movies, and serving together in community outreach.
